WEIGHING 305 POUNDS (138 Kilograms)

3 weekly blog posts down. I’m genuinely liking these more and more every time I sit down to write them. Continuing the fitness vibes as thats whats keeping my inner fire going!

Weighed myself on thursday and was still at 305 pounds same as last week. I know I could free fall by just skipping meals and tiny portions but that comes at the price of my soul which is yelling at me to keep grubbing. The goal is losing weight without giving up food!

Lately I’ve been playing Black Myth Wukong while on the exercise bike in my room and boxing a bit, slowly spooling these hands up 🥊. I went for a couple walks and rode my bike outside as well, tryna get the most out of the warmer weather before winter.

Cut my hair this week, excited to see how it grows over the next couple of blog posts 😏

Made the best yams of my life the other day, first I boiled them, dried them out a bit and then fried them. The texture afterwards was crazy delicious my tongue was dancing! Ate those with two chicken breasts I deep fried in some oil and seasoned with lime juice & sea salt.
